It’s A New Year -2017!

Ready, Set, Go!!! The New Year has begun, so what about those resolutions? Are you finding it hard to keep them already? Don’t worry, check out these tips below:run-man

1.) Want to make healthier choices? When making health-related choices, keep on a schedule to track your progress such as days at the gym, miles ran, and weight lost, as examples.

2.) Want to stop a bad habit? The best way to get rid of one is to quit cold turkey. If you cannot stop all at once, start by taking small dont-smokesteps to work toward quitting all together. Don’t stop you will get there.

3.) Want to do a better job of keeping up with important dates?    Make sure to buy a calendar and fill them in with upcoming appointments, bill payments, anniversaries, and birthdays. As a bonus, make sure to add in dates to change the smoke detector batteries and test it.Overall, having a calendar is a great way to remind yourself to take care of those day to day responsibilities.calender
